The Chopping Block

The Chopping Block (TCB) is a Miami smash burger food truck serving juicy smash burgers, crispy fried chicken sandwiches, Korean chicken, loaded fries, chopped cheese, and Miami-style fritas. After launching in Westchester in 2024, TCB is now permanently located at Casa Cultura, bringing its bold flavors and community-driven energy to the Backlot.

Wednesday–Friday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Sunday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
