1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number and payment confirmation).

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized or discounted items are final sale.

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or misuse are not eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds will not be issued due to delivery delays caused by third parties (e.g., carriers, weather, customs).

3. How to Request a Refund

To start the process, email hola@culturamediahouse.com with:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for refund request

  • Photos of the item if applicable

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

4. Refunds (if approved)

Once your refund is approved, we’ll issue a credit to your original payment method. Processing time may vary between 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Exchanges and Replacements

We do not offer exchanges for size or color. If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is approved, shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
