🎙 Podcast Studio Rental
A camera-ready video podcast studio with a dedicated crew. Our Studio + Crew package gives you a producer/videographer, cameras and a teleprompter, so you just perform. Crewed sessions start at $725 for 2 hours; monthly packages from $625/session. Self-run studio time for content and podcast production starts at $200/hour (2-hour minimum). Event-space bookings are priced separately.

Neighbors first. West Miami residents get 50% off all listed Casa Cultura rates: studio sessions, Studio + Crew, event spaces and add-ons.
- Proof of residency is required before your deposit: a photo ID or utility bill showing an address inside City of West Miami limits.
- Blackout dates apply (see below).
- All other booking terms apply: a 2-hour minimum on studio sessions, and a 50% deposit (non-refundable) secures your date.
Resident-rate blackout dates
The resident rate isn't available on:
- Casa Cultura event days, including West Fest weekend (Nov 13–15, 2026)
- Thanksgiving weekend (Wed–Sun, Nov 25–29, 2026)
- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (Dec 24–25)
- New Year's Eve and New Year's Day (Dec 31–Jan 1)
- Valentine's Day (Feb 14), Mother's Day weekend and Father's Day weekend
- Super Bowl Sunday and the college football national championship game day
- Any Friday or Saturday booked less than 14 days in advance

What's included in a podcast studio rental?
Every booking includes the full studio — multi-camera setup, professional XLR microphones, broadcast-quality lighting, acoustic treatment, set backdrop, and high-speed internet. Studio + Crew bookings add a dedicated producer/videographer, camera rental and teleprompter, so you just perform. Self-Run bookings include setup assistance. All rentals have a two-hour minimum.
Can I bring my own crew?
Absolutely. You can bring your own photographer, videographer, or creative team. The studio is yours for the duration of your booking. Just let us know in advance so we can coordinate access and load-in logistics.
Do you provide a crew?
Yes. Every Studio + Crew session comes with a dedicated producer/videographer, cameras and a teleprompter, run by the team that built the studio.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance for studio sessions and at least 1–2 weeks out for full-day event or production space rentals. We can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests — just WhatsApp us and we'll do our best. Every booking, studio or event, is locked with a 50% deposit.
What is the cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your booking may be credited toward a future session. Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking are charged in full. Rescheduling is always easier than cancelling — contact us early if your plans change.
Do you offer a resident discount?
Yes. West Miami residents get 50% off all listed rates. Send a photo ID or utility bill with a City of West Miami address before paying your deposit. It isn't available on blackout dates: Casa Cultura event days (including West Fest weekend, Nov 13–15), Thanksgiving weekend (Nov 25–29), Dec 24–25, Dec 31–Jan 1, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day weekends, Super Bowl Sunday, the college football national championship game day, and any Friday or Saturday booked less than 14 days out. Do you offer live streaming?
Yes. We offer Multi-Camera Live Streaming as an add-on for both studio podcast sessions and production/event space bookings. We can stream to YouTube, Instagram Live, LinkedIn, Twitch, or custom RTMP destinations. Ask about our broadcast setup during inquiry.
Do I need production insurance?
For full-day production space rentals and larger events, we do require a certificate of insurance (COI) naming Casa Cultura as additional insured. For podcast studio sessions and smaller bookings, this is typically not required. We'll clarify during your quote process.
Can you handle catering for events?
We offer catering coordination as an add-on service. Casa Cultura is also home to The Chopping Block (TCB) food truck on our Backlot — available for certain events. Beverage service is available as an add-on. All food and beverage must be coordinated through Casa Cultura for on-site events.
Is parking available on site?
Yes, free parking (limited) is available on site at 1811 SW 67th Ave (Ludlam Rd), West Miami, FL 33155. Street parking is also available along Ludlam Rd. For larger events we offer valet or shuttle as a quoted add-on, and we'll work with you on logistics in advance.
Is the space wheelchair accessible?
Ground-level access is available. Please contact us before booking with any specific accessibility requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Is alcohol allowed?
Alcohol is permitted for private events at Casa Cultura, subject to our event policies and applicable permits. All beverage service must be coordinated through Casa Cultura. Contact us when inquiring about your event to discuss alcohol service options and requirements.
