LuchaDough — Best Donuts in West Miami, Right Here
LuchaDough isn't your gas-station glazed. These are handcrafted, made-from-scratch donuts built for people who take flavor seriously — bold combinations, real ingredients, and the kind of attention to detail you'd expect from a craftsperson, not a franchise.
Starting June 2026, LuchaDough holds a residency inside Casa Cultura — the first donut and specialty coffee concept to call our space home. They operate out of our indoor ordering area with full Backlot seating so you can enjoy your morning ritual outdoors, Miami-style.
What LuchaDough Makes
- Signature handmade donuts — rotating flavors, always fresh, always worth showing up early for
- Specialty coffee — proper espresso drinks, cold brew, and cafecito-energy pours done right. Not a pump-syrup situation.
- Limited quantities per day — part of the experience. Sell-out days are real. Come before noon.
LuchaDough Hours at Casa Cultura
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Follow @luchadough for flavor drops and daily specials. Find them inside Casa Cultura at 1811 Ludlam Rd, Miami, FL 33155 — right off Bird Road in the heart of Westchester / Coral Way, minutes from Tropical Park.

The Chopping Block — Miami Food Truck Culture, Anchored on the Backlot
The Chopping Block (TCB) was already one of the best food trucks in Miami before they parked on our Backlot — now they're a full-on dinner anchor. Started in Westchester in July 2024, TCB moved to Casa Cultura in early 2026 and hasn't looked back. 4.8 stars on Uber Eats — and you can feel why the moment the first bite hits.
The menu is chef-driven, Miami-rooted, and exactly the kind of food that makes you text your friends the address before you even finish eating.
TCB Menu Highlights
- TCB Smash Burger — the one you've seen in everyone's story. Double smash, crispy edges, built right.
- Bacon Jam Smash — elevated. Sweet, savory, and unapologetically messy.
- Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich — the crossover hit. Crunchy, spicy, and Miami-approved.
- Loaded Cajun Fries — not a side dish. A main event.
- Chopped Cheese — NYC-origin, Miami execution. The cult favorite.
- Fritas — Cuban street food, Backlot vibes. Because this is Miami.
TCB Hours at Casa Cultura
- Wednesday – Friday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Sunday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Order on-site from the truck on the Backlot, or hit them on Uber Eats for delivery across the West Miami / Coral Way area. Follow @tcbmia for specials, late-night announcements, and collab drops.

The Backlot — West Miami's Outdoor Food Scene
The Backlot is Casa Cultura's open-air venue: al fresco, Miami-made, and built for the kind of community moments that don't happen in a sterile dining room. Morning coffee and donuts under the sun with LuchaDough. Dinner and drinks with TCB's smash burgers and fritas when the sun goes down. Add rotating pop-up events and you've got what the 33155 zip code has needed for years — a real outdoor food and culture destination in West Miami.
Throughout summer 2026, expect rotating food truck pop-ups, community nights, and event activations that transform the Backlot entirely. Read the full story in our Backlot launch blog.
