Big news for Miami foodies and Casa Cultura fans: The Chopping Block (TCB), one of Miami's hottest food trucks, has officially set up shop at Casa Cultura — 1811 Ludlam Rd, Miami, FL 33155.

What Is The Chopping Block?

If you haven't tried TCB yet, you're missing out. Known for their smash burgers, crispy fried chicken sandwiches, Korean chicken, and loaded fries, TCB has been one of Miami's most talked-about food trucks since launching in Westchester in 2024. They relocated to Casa Cultura in early 2026, and the West Miami community has already embraced them.

Fan Favorites

The Smash N Jam has been called "the best smash burger in Miami" by multiple reviewers. The Bacon Jam Smash is another crowd-pleaser, and the Cajun Fries are addictive. For something different, try the Korean Chicken with house coleslaw or the Miami-style fritas.
