The Chopping Block (TCB) is Miami's favorite smash burger food truck, now permanently at Casa Cultura. Known for the Smash N Jam (called the best smash burger in Miami), Bacon Jam Smash, Korean Chicken with coleslaw, and addictive Cajun Fries. Also available on Uber Eats.
